• Region & Player Compatibility: Our discs are specified as Region Free (playable across US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and worldwide on standard consumer players). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their home theater equipment supports the purchased disc format (e.g., ensuring a 4K UHD Blu-ray player is used for 4K UHD discs).
• Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, or to limit quantities per order.
3. Pricing, Payments & DDP (All-Inclusive Tax)
• Prices: All prices displayed on the Website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Guarantee: All order totals calculated at checkout are inclusive of applicable standard shipping, import duties, customs clearance fees, and VAT/taxes. Customers will not be charged unexpected import or customs clearance fees upon delivery.
• Payment Processing: Payments are authorized and processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways (including Stripe, PayPal, and major credit/debit card processors). By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the full order amount.
4. Order Acceptance & Fraud Prevention

• Shipping Times: Estimated delivery transit times (e.g., 7–12 business days for North America; 8–15 business days for Europe) are estimates provided by postal and courier carriers. Unforeseen carrier delays (such as extreme weather or peak holiday volume) may occasionally occur.
• Risk of Loss: All physical purchases are shipped with tracking. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier at the address provided. However, all shipments remain fully protected by our 180-Day Damaged in Transit Guarantee (see Section 6).
6. 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Return Policy

• 180-Day Return Window: You have 180 days from the date of confirmed delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund.
• Opened or Unopened: Returns are honored whether the product is brand new/factory-sealed or already opened and tested.
• Damaged / Defective Discs: If any disc arrives damaged, loose, scratched, or experiences playback failure within 180 days, you are entitled to a 100% Free Brand-New Replacement or a Full Refund. MasterDiscs covers all related shipping expenses.
• Customer Preference / Buyer's Remorse: If you return an item due to personal reasons (e.g., ordered by mistake, changed mind), the customer covers the return postage.

7. Intellectual Property & DMCA Compliance
