Hocus Pocus has become a Halloween tradition, following the Sanderson Sisters, three witches accidentally resurrected in modern-day Salem. Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy bring the trio to life with theatrical energy and comic timing. The 2022 sequel, Hocus Pocus 2, reunites the sisters and introduces a new generation of characters while honouring the original’s playful spirit. Together, the two films offer a nostalgic, family-friendly celebration of Halloween magic, making this pairing a natural centrepiece for seasonal viewing.

Hocus Pocus began as a 1993 Disney fantasy comedy about three witches, the Sanderson Sisters, who are brought back to life in Salem on Halloween night. Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy star as the siblings whose chaotic schemes set the film’s events in motion.
Nearly three decades later, Hocus Pocus 2 returned to the story, bringing the sisters back once more and pairing their mischief with a new cast of characters. Both films blend humour, Halloween atmosphere, and a lighthearted take on witchcraft that has made them enduring favourites for families.
Collectors and Halloween enthusiasts appreciate the chance to own both chapters together, allowing the Sanderson Sisters’ story to be enjoyed as a single, spirited experience year after year.
