Shrinking: Seasons 1-3 (2023-2026) 4-Disc Set Blu-ray

Shrinking is an Apple TV+ comedy-drama created by Bill Lawrence, Brett Goldstein, and Jason Segel, with Segel starring as Jimmy Laird, a therapist struggling to move forward after the death of his wife. The series blends sharp humor with sincere emotion, following Jimmy as he begins telling his patients exactly what he thinks, a decision that upends his professional life and his relationships.

Across its seasons, the show builds a rich ensemble around Jimmy, including Harrison Ford as the gruff but caring Paul, Jessica Williams as Gaby, and Lukita Maxwell as Jimmy’s daughter Alice. Their interwoven stories explore grief, parenthood, and friendship with a tone that moves easily between laughter and heartbreak. The writing has earned widespread praise for its honesty and its refusal to reduce complicated people to easy answers.

Fans and collectors value Shrinking for its standout performances and its rare balance of comedy and genuine feeling. As a multi-season set, it offers a complete way to follow the characters’ journeys and revisit the moments that made the series a favorite among viewers and critics alike.
