The Witcher: Seasons 1-4 (2019-2026) 5-Disc Set Blu-ray

The Witcher brings Andrzej Sapkowski’s fantasy novels to television, following Geralt of Rivia, a mutated monster hunter who makes his living in a world that fears and exploits him. Across four seasons, the series follows Geralt, the sorceress Yennefer of Vengerberg and the young princess Ciri as their fates converge against the backdrop of warring kingdoms and a prophecy that could reshape the Continent. The story moves between intimate character work and large-scale conflict, with the witcher’s code of neutrality increasingly difficult to maintain.

The show builds its world from a deep well of folklore, drawing on Slavic myth and European fairy tale traditions to populate the Continent with creatures, curses and courtly schemes. Its themes of destiny, family and the cost of power run through every season, and the relationship between Geralt, Yennefer and Ciri gives the narrative its emotional anchor. Production design, stunt work and creature effects contribute to a world that feels both fantastical and worn by history.

For fantasy readers and viewers who enjoy sprawling, morally complicated sagas, this collection gathers the series across its run and makes the full arc of Geralt’s story easy to follow. It is a natural centrepiece for any shelf of fantasy television and a strong choice for fans of the novels and games alike.
